        coordinate this effort
06. Conduct MELO’S membership drive, recruiting new members
07. Concentrate on keeping in contact with members & prospects

08. Conduct membership training programs for role modeling & mentoring our
       youth
09. Conduct education classes to help us be better companions for our
       significant other
10. Establish church baseball teams and a church baseball league
11. Implement recreational outlets for our youth

12. Conduct joint ventures with some existing community youth programs
13. Develop our MELO boys’ organization
14. Continue to refine our brick mason classes
15. Implement other skills development classes

16. Develop our program for being the employer instead of the employee
17. Establish organized community group in every community
18. Conduct a men discussion group program on a regular basis
19. Conduct a discussion group program for single mother’s raising their sons

20. Develop our organizational longrange strategic plan
21. Implement a seniors citizens’ recreational outlet and support program
22. Capitalize on the redlining program for our communities
23. Acquire a permanent building location for our classes, meetings and office
        space
24. Help students at East Laurinburg Alternative School Academy develop a
        more focused sense of directions

25. Develop proposals for public funding
26. Acquire facilities for skills development classes, organization
        meetings and other organizational business activities
